Robert A. Shively, Managing PrincipalFor the past eight years, Bob has been a catalyst in propelling the auction industry into the twenty-first century. By working with over 6,000 auctioneers across the globe, he has forged strong working relationships within the industry and with its affiliate partners. Bob became the Chief Executive Officer of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) in 2000. With the professional auctioneer as his number one client, Bob's aim was to understand the unique needs of the business and to strategically design innovative approaches to advance the auctioneers' market position in bringing sellers and buyers together through the auction method. His most noted accomplishments involve the creation of strategic alliances with entities such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR), advancing educational offerings through conferences and designation programs, developing new revenue centers, and initiating new technology tools including the Auction MLS portal. Bob's prior experience in professional association management instilled an ethic of service to others. His unique ability to listen to the client's needs has consistently been instrumental in creating solutions to address emerging business challenges. One such challenge expressed by an Asian market, led to the establishment of an international office in the Pacific Rim whereby affiliates were afforded new educational opportunities to address growing environmental concerns. Bob has demonstrated the ability to work with other governments, while being sensitive to differences in culture and customs. His paramount understandings of these differences and his dedication have resulted in the emergence of several global business endeavors. As a business development executive for the corporate automobile industry for nearly two decades, Bob fostered local and regional dealership growth through education, training, technology, and capacity building initiatives. He actively sought new business partnerships, working in the franchising arena for both the Ford and Chrysler Corporations. Leading in a corporate setting, reinforced the strength of partnerships and the opportunity to build relationships with subsidiary businesses. |

William C. Shively, PrincipalBill has over 30 years experience in corporate executive management. In the last 20 years he has been Executive Vice President, managing national sales and marketing, as well as, president of a number of the companies subsidiaries. The business services provided were technology based including electronic payments in expense reimbursement and company promotional settlements. They provided more efficient business processes highlighted by positive employee and customer morale due to speed of transactions. Clients included over half of the Fortune 500 companies, plus major Canadian corporations. By taking the commercial business model to Washington D.C., the Federal Government became a significant client beginning in the late 1990's. A highlight of Bill's career was an award presented in 2000 by the House of Representatives in Washington D.C. It was in appreciation for the improved efficiency and morale his companies systems and services brought to the reimbursement of business expenses by federal employees. It included all the major US Government agencies, with the Department of Defense being the largest. |

Mary Lou Stone, Auction Buyer SpecialistMary Lou Stone is an experienced advocate for property buyers in the Lake Area. She has over 15 years of experience in Lake Area realty and was most recently managing her own real estate company, Realty Works at the Lake, which she co-founded. Her move to ProStar Auctions is a testament to the great work and successes associated with the auction method of buying property. Mary Lou is no stranger to the auction method of purchase. She has introduced both property buyers and sellers to ProStar in the past and has discovered that the auction method of sale and marketing is an excellent alternative to traditional real estate transactions. She enjoys this style of purchasing because the accelerated timeline puts eager buyers in their new homes in 30 days or less and gives motivated sellers the peace of mind in knowing the date their property will sell. Originally from New England, Mary Lou Stone has been a resident of the Lake of the Ozarks since 1980 and has watched the area grow to what it is today. She is an Active member in the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors® and The National Association of Realtors. Licensed as a real estate agent since 1985, she currently holds a broker's license in the state of Missouri and is eager to continue her advocacy for Lake Area buyers. She is highly effective, creative with real estate sales and detail-oriented when it comes to contracts for both buyers and sellers. Polly Bellmer, Office AdministratorPolly Bellmer helps with all of the details to make sure every event held by ProStar Auctions, LLC is successful. As administrative office manager and a member of the sales team for ProStar Auctions Polly's duties include office organization, maintaining the company web site, addresses phone inquiries, coordinates closings and then acts as the event coordinator for each auction, taking care of lining up caterers and making sure everything is addressed down to the smallest detail. Polly has been involved in the Lake Area real estate business for more than a decade as a real estate agent, closing coordinator and licensed personal assistant for several successful companies. As a former agent, Polly understands the needs of the client and enjoys assisting them in the buying and selling process of their real estate, leading to a successful closing. Polly said she was thrilled to be part of the ProStar Auctions team because she immediately recognized its quick, easy and exact method of selling real estate would be invaluable to the Lake area's real estate market and its' consumer. |

Josh Schrock, Internet Services AdministratorJosh Schrock leads the ProStar Internet Service Team, enabling world-wide users to participate in our premier auction events. Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, Josh has been instrumental in uniquely bringing buyers and sellers together through a host of internet technologies. Josh is responsible for web development, technology maintenance and the on-line bidding platform support. |

Vince Pace, Auction Site CoordinatorA Kansas City native with over twenty years experience as a Production Coordinator, Vince Pace brings a broad knowledge in events planning, convention coordination, private parties and entertainment venues. While working with groups of 50 to 10,000 both nationally and internationally, past clients include dignitaries, celebrities, and Fortune 500 companies. Vince met with clients and staff to develop services, project plans, and worked effectively with all levels of management to provide the benchmark of service and the ultimate first class experience. Becoming a full time Lake area resident in 2005 after recognizing the investment potential in the Lake real estate market, Vince continues to design and renovate residential and commercial properties. |

Bruce Bealmear, Art DirectorBruce Bealmear earned his degree at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1988. After graduation he held employment with several companies in Illinois, Kansas and Missouri. With over 20 years of graphic design experience, Bruce has resided in the Lake area the past 11 years, leading the graphics department for Missouri Ozarks Publishing. Prior to coming on-board with ProStar Media, he was lead graphic artist the past 3 years at the areas top design and marketing agency. Bruce’s professional layout and design skills, as well as logo development, can be seen in many publications, ad and billboard designs throughout Mid-Missouri. |

Mary Orebaugh, Weekend ReceptionistA familiar face at the Lake since 1987, Mary serves as our weekend receptionist, steering customers to a multitude of auctions events, seminars, and open houses. Mary's superior organizational abilities, her effective people rapport, and ability to multi-task makes her an excellent addition to the ProStar Team. Mary previously held the position of Office Manager at Osage Beach Premium Outlets and was a Pediatric Receptionist for Osage Beach Medical Park. She is the Secretary to the Lake Arts Council and is active in the community. Mary holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Columbia College. |

Joseph Roeger, Escrow and Title AgentJoe, owner and operator of First Title Insurance Agency since 1992, has professionally served the Lake Area by providing excellent attention to detail in escrow and title transactions. A certified public accountant, Joe is licensed in Missouri as both a title insurance agent and real estate agent. His expert knowledge assures buyers and sellers, alike, will have utmost confidence in their real estate transactions. Joe holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from University of Missouri-Columbia. A former senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick, Joe came to the Lake Area in 1983. He subsequently was the Controller for Four Seasons Lake Sites, Inc, and Chief Financial Officer for Four Seasons Group, Inc. Joe is actively involved in the community, its progress and future, and has served in a leadership capacity on a number of Boards and organizations. He is current President of Lake Regional Hospital Foundation. Joe serves on Lake of the Ozarks Community Bridge Corp., Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Four Seasons Property Owners Assn., and Lake Area Transportation Council. |
